Policies
Payment – credit Cards
- We accept Visa, Master, and American Express
for purchases.
- When entering your credit card information,
please ensure that your billing name is exactly
as it appears on your card (for example, including
a period after your middle Initial, if applicable).
For our customers’ protection, transactions
cannot be processed if billing information is
not 100% accurate. Your card is charged after
you click send order at review page.
Tax
- We charge sales and use tax according to Federal
and State guidelines.
- Tax is calculated based on shipping address
and rules present for tax jurisdiction. Initial,

- Your order total reflects the total amount that
will be charged to your credit card-no additional
fees will be added.
- We charge tax on purchases shipped to California.
Shipping
- We currently offer the following method(s) of
shipping - USPS Priority Mail.
- We will only ship merchandise
to the credit card billing address. Please make
your shipping address and billing address the
same when you check out item(s).
- All orders placed should be processed within
3 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- If you placed order by10:00 AM Pacific Time
(Sunday through Thursday), your product(s) will
be shipped out by the next day (excluding holidays).Otherwise,
your product(s) will be shipped out on Monday.
- Unfortunately, USPS does not deliver on Sunday,
or National and Federal Holidays.
- Please note that we do not offer delivery to
PO boxes at this time.
- Depending on your order, you may receive multiple
boxes with different shipping fee from one on
the checkout page. If you do not receive all parts
of your order within 2 days of each other, please
contact us.
International Shipping
- International shipping
is currently not available but will start later
this year with following conditions.
- Orders are delivered by air to international
addresses via United States Postal Service (USPS)
Global Express Mail Service (EMS).
- We will only ship merchandise
to the credit card billing address. Please make
your shipping address and billing address the
same when you check out item(s).
- Delivery cannot be made to post office boxes.
To track your order, enter your tracking number
at usps.com.
If the tracking results show that your package
was delivered, follow up with your local post
office for more information.
- Our international shipping fee applies to most
countries, although there are some exceptions
such as South Africa or Central America.
If your country is outside of our regular shipping
area, we'll contact you by email with further
directions.
- If you have any questions, please don't hesitate

International Taxes, Duties + Customs Fees
- International shipping
is currently not available but will start later
this year with following conditions.
- USPS or its local country affiliates will charge
the recipient all applicable duty, taxes, and/or
brokerage fees C.O.D. in the local currency at
the time of delivery.
- All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility
of the customer. Tax and duty amount is presented
during delivery, not during checkout. Your local
post office or carrier can give you information
on the methods of payment accepted for the duties,
taxes, and other fees collected upon delivery.
Tracking
- After an order is successfully placed, you will
receive an e-mail confirmation shortly
thereafter (usually within an hour).
- Once your order ships out, you will receive
a confirmation message containing your shipment
tracking number.
Return Policy
- We want you to love what you ordered. However
if something isn’t right, let us know. We
gladly accept returns within 30 days of the order
of INDIE TEE products in original, unwashed, unworn
or defective product. We will send you another
color, a new size or entirely different style.
If you would rather have a refund, we will take
care of that, too. INDIE TEE Online offers 2 convenient
ways to return product.

- You can always return product(s) which
purchased online to our office. Just bring
your original invoice, photo ID and the
credit card you used to place the order.

then send the box back to us via insured
mail to the address below.

- Please keep the return tracking number
from the package you are returning to insure
that the package is returned to INDIE TEE
Things To Keep In Mind
- We can not refund your original shipping charges
unless there was INDIE TEE error involved, such
as a defective product or wrong item received.
In these situations, please contact our customer
service at return@indietee.com
to get a Return Authorization Number prior to
returning your items.
- When you return product as a defective product
or wrong item received, please write your Return
Authorization Number on your package.
- We can not exchange products. Please return
the unwanted product for a refund and place a
new order for the product you want.
- Please note that we accept returns within 30days
which from invoice date through the date you ship
out (date of postmark) to us or the date you return
the product(s) to the office.
- Please note that all credit card refunds will
be placed on the card used for the original purchase.
- Please allow 4 weeks from the day you return
your package for your account to be credited.
- Please allow 1-2 billing cycle for the credit
to appear on your statement.
Canceling An Order
- If you would like to cancel or change your order,
please contact cancel@indietee.com.
prior to canceling /changing your order as soon
as possible. We will do everything we
can to accommodate your request. But please bear
in mind that our order-fulfillment
and shipping systems are designed to get orders
on their way quickly and efficiently.

once it has entered the shipping

Change In Order Status
- Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out
of certain items. If we do not have an item that
you have ordered in stock, we will notify you
by e-mail immediately.
- Sometimes, an item is out of stock and not expected
to come back in stock, so we must cancel the item.
In this case, we will not charge you for the item,
plus any applicable taxes and shipping.
Colors
- We have made every effort to display as accurately
as possible the colors of our products that
appear at this site. However, as the actual colors
you see will depend on your monitor, we
cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display
of any color will be accurate.
